Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) of purchase.
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Once dispatched, you will be notified with tracking information (where applicable).

Return Policy

We take great care in preparing and packing each order. Since our products are natural, perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged Products During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help:

Please report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the damaged product(s), along with your order number, to us via Email or WhatsApp.
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.

Refund Process

If the damage is confirmed:

A full or partial refund will be issued, depending on the extent of the damage.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as otherwise discussed.

Refunds are only applicable for damages during transit.
Requests submitted after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.
